Tutti A Tavola
Tutti A Tavola, "cooking experiences in Chianti", would like to thank Slow Food Wisconsin Southeast for opening your hearts to us and letting us share our culinary techniques and recipes when we visited Milwaukee in March 2007. Through your organization we have made new friends and now hope to share opportunites both here in Italy and in the USA.
For those of you we didn't have the pleasure to meet, here is a little information about us:
We are four women who teach our old family recipes in our homes in Tuscany. For over ten years we have welcomed visitors from all over the world to join us in one, two , or three day cooking courses which include wine and olive oil tastings and market visits. In addition, we are happy to rent our restored accommodations to both cooking and non cooking guests.
We are proud to include a link to Slow Food SE on our website as well. Thank you Slow Food Milwaukee and see you soon in Tuscany! To find us on the web, go to www.tutti-a-tavola.com.

Public markets the world over reflect the heritage and diversity of the communities they serve. Based on a European model still in existence today, the Milwaukee Public Market offers visitors the best of Wisconsin's agricultural heritage, as well as gourmet, specialty and organic foods.
The Milwaukee Public Market features twenty specialty food vendors year-round, and an outdoor Farmer's Market during the growing season. In sync with the Slow Food value of traceability, each merchant is owner, operator and in many instances producer, of the products they sell. The Milwaukee Public Market gives customers the opportunity to ask questions about the food they purchase, directly from the hands that nurtured the quality goods.
Madame Liane Kuony was a beloved culinary teacher and Slow Food WiSE member committed to the highest standards of local, organic ingredients and the utmost devotion to the art of the kitchen.
On occasion, Slow Food WiSE members teach classes at the Madame Kuony Demonstration Kitchen of the Milwaukee Public Market.
