Wellspring: Seasonal Produce Cooking Class – Asparagus

May 9th, 6 to 8pm Seasonal Produce Cooking Class – Featuring Asparagus

Wellspring offers a series of monthly cooking classes, inspiring students and based on veggies during their peak season here in Southeastern Wisconsin. Each month a different veggie is selected and featured from Wellspring’s garden. Organic cooking coach, KC Thorson, demonstrates four healthy recipes which students taste and receive recipes to try at home. Wine is provided to accompany the tastings.

The highlighted veggie for the month of May is asparagus.

Cost: $25 till 5/6 – $30 after

2013 Season Class Schedule 
Classes are held the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6–8 pm at Wellspring and may be taken as a complete series or individually. $25 for those preregistered the Monday before class, $30 at the door. $150 for the entire series
