Winter Squash-Seasonal Produce Cooking Class.

Wellspring offers a series of monthly cooking classes, inspiring students based on veggies during their peak season! In each class, organic cooking coach KC Thorson leads demos and tastings, and provides healthy cooking tips. Wine pairings for each dish, and recipe handouts to take home. Highlighted seasonal produce for the October class is winter squash!

Slow Food Midwest Regional Meeting

Join us in historic Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a regional gathering of Slow Food Chapter Leaders and Volunteers. Connect with fellow regional members, enhance leadership skills, and learn from each other as we share a weekend full of food and fun.
