Join us at Hinterland Gastropub to learn more about Slow Food’s Slow Meat Initiative, to learn about some of Wisconsin’s local sustainable meat farmers, and to enjoy some delicious creations!
Wednesday, June 18th at Hinterland Erie Street Gastropub. Cocktails begin at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7:00pm.
The night’s menu will feature meat from local farms including: Underground Meats Golden Bear Farm Pinn Oak Ridge Farms Jeff-Leen Farm and will include five courses with wine pairings.
During dinner, you will learn about each of the farmers, their sustainability efforts, and about the Slow Meat Initiative.
