Join us Tuesday, July 15th at 5:30 pm SHARP for a wood fired outdoor pizza party at the home of Steve Shapson (AKA the Cheesemaker).
Learn pizza-making from the jack of all trades when it comes to home cooking! Steve will educate us on brick oven construction, pizza making from scratch, and dutch oven cooking in the outdoor oven.

In the first of a series of three classes, learn about using herbs in your kitchen! Venice will teach us how to make the most of herbs in cooking and making household cleaning products. Please bring two pint size jars with lids. You will be able to take samples home with you.

Learn about using herbs in cocktails and other drinks. Venice will teach us how herbs can add depth to a variety of drinks. You will have the opportunity to make your own drinks. Please bring two pint size jars with lids so you can take home a sample of your creations. All drinks will be non-alcoholic. You may add “a little something” when you get home!
