Wellspring offers a series of monthly cooking classes, inspiring students based on veggies during their peak season! In each class, a chef leads demos and tastings, and provides healthy cooking tips. Join us for the fourth annual Uplands cheese tasting and meat raffle on November 21 and  22. Due to popular demand, we are doing two raffles, one on each evening. Buy your tickets! Each year, Uplands Farm buys some Berkshire piglets to raise at the farm, feeding them the whey from the cheesemaking and letting them out to pasture. They then finish the hogs on acorns.
