Join Slow Food Wisconsin Southeast for a night featuring items foraged in Wisconsin. The Braise team will be showcasing the foraged items in a 3-course meal.
Slow Food Wisconsin Southeast is a non-profit volunteer run organization that is dedicated to celebrating and preserving the amazing bounty of local, seasonal and delicious foods and food traditions our area has to offer. Their goal is to help our community work towards ensuring Good, Clean, Fair Food for all.
