Learn about using herbs in cocktails and other drinks. Venice will teach us how herbs can add depth to a variety of drinks. You will have the opportunity to make your own drinks. Please bring two pint size jars with lids so you can take home a sample of your creations. All drinks will be non-alcoholic. You may add “a little something” when you get home!

Tour participants will learn about all the systems and processes that work together on a diversified, organic veggie farm while walking the fields and, of course, sampling veggies in peak season! The late fall harvest make for wonderful crunchy pickles. Join Master Gardener, Master Food Preserver, and Registered Dietitian, Lisa Kingery, and learn to pickle them quick or ferment them slow.
